Take Screenshots like a Pro with the Microsoft Snipping Tool

      Press [[WIN]] + [[shift]] + [[S]] all at the same time and then release
      This will open the snipping tool. Click "Rectangular mode"
      Tip! The different modes allow you to snip different areas of the screen more easily. From left to right these are. Rectangle mode - for selecting just a rectangular portion of the screen Free-form mode - to free hand select around an object Window mode - take a screen shot of the window you press on Full screen mode - take a screen shot of the whole screen
      Using the 'rectangle selection tool' [[left press and hold down your mouse clicker]] [[drag and make a selection then release the left clicker]] you will be notified the snip has been taken.
      Tip! The snip will be on your clipboard automatically, so you can now paste this as needed via right click and paste or [[ctrl]] + [[v]]
      If you wish to annotate the screen shot press on the notification
      Use the annotation tools at the top to make changes
      Once done copy or save your changes
