Schools, Users, and Billing is found under "My Account" in the left side navigation and is visible to Account Admin users only.

Schools and Clusters allow you to organize your team and their observations. Every user must belong to a school or a cluster (a group of schools). This will allow them access to those schools' educators and observations. Select the "New Cluster" or "New School" buttons to create new schools and cluster groups. You will want to set your schools prior to grouping them into clusters. 

The "Users" page is where Account Admins will invite new users to the team/district account and manage existing users.

In the "Subscription Plan Usage" panel, you can quickly see the number of active users vs remaining unused users in your subscription plan. Click to invite new users or use a CSV file to import new users. Clicking the "Import CSV" button will provide you with additional instructions. 

When adding users within the app interface, be sure to complete all user details accurately and select the appropriate "account type". Select the cluster or schools that the user should have access to. Remember the clusters are school groups and should be used only when the user has rights to all the schools and educators in that cluster group. Click "save" and an email invitation will be sent to the new user. A copy of the email will be sent to you as well.

Billing is another area in iWalkObservation that is accessible only by an Account Admin user. Under the "Plan Details" panel an Account Admin can view and edit your current subscription plan. To update the number of users, select "Edit Subscription. The coupon field can be used if you received a discount coupon for your plan. Payment receipts and invoices can be viewed and downloaded from the Payment/Invoice table.
