Click “Settings” under "My Account" to update your team / district settings. Use a team or school name for individual or small group accounts. Use your district name if you are creating an account for the whole of your school district. Adjust your school year's start and end dates.

Add a Team/District message and select to include this message before or at the end of each observation email sent to teachers. Leave the message blank if you prefer to not include a team/district message.

Consider adding a school or district logo. This will help brand the observation emails that are sent to your teachers.

Click on “Schools” to change the name of your “Default School” while adding any additional schools if needed.

Click on “Users” and invite any additional users to your account (trial accounts are limited to 5 users).

Click on “Educators” to add your educators. This can be done manually or via a formatted CSV file.

Click on "Dashboard" to begin your first observation.
