Teacher Account and Profile Setup for Organization

This guide shows you how to set up a teacher account under an organization in STEAM On Demand. You’ll learn how to create your account, set your password, and customize your profile so you can access resources and start teaching right away.

Look for an email from **STEAM On Demand** in your inbox. This email includes your account setup link.

Open the invitation email and select **Complete Your Account Setup** to begin activating your teacher account. If the one-hour setup link has expired, click **Reset Your Password** to continue. If you experience issues, click **Submit a Support Ticket** in the email to contact STEAM On Demand support.

Enter a new, secure password and confirm it. Then click **Reset** to save your password.

The system will redirect you to the login page. Enter your **school email address** and the password you just created.

Select **Sign in** to access your account.

Enter your **first and last name**, then click **Continue** to finish registration.

After registration, you’ll land on your dashboard where you can view courses, lessons, and organizational resources.

From the left-side menu, select **My Profile**. Here you’ll find your account details, permissions, license, and password reset options. In the **Details** tab, click the **Edit** button to update your personal information such as name, title, or school information. You can also upload your photo. Go to the **Permissions** tab to see what access your organization has granted (for example, the ability to manage users or licenses). In the **Licenses** or **Reset Password** tabs, you can view your active license and update your password whenever needed.

After making updates, click **Save** to apply them.
