Log in to your extendedReach system. Navigate to the Administration Menu &gt; Organization Settings &gt; Organization Preferences.

Click the **Edit** button on the top menu.

Scroll to the bottom of the **Additional Settings** section and find the setting, **How are respite/short term homes paid?** Select the option **Respite and foster home both receive full amount during respite (bill 1X)\***
