This link will direct donors to your Donation Landing Page where they can see a message from you (editable below) and a form to submit a secure donation.

Suggested Uses

Include a link to donate in your email footer. Make a button on your website to point to the landing page. When you send out newsletters, add the link and a request for donations.

- Add a Donation Goal that will show a progress bar
- Add an amount in Donation Buffer with donations you have received outside of Text-to-Give
- Use the Suggested amounts section to add amounts separated by a comma that will show up as buttons on the donation page
- The Donation title shows at the top of the page
- Choose to show or hide Social Media buttons
- Enter which contact from your organization receives notice that a donation has been made (will default to the email address given under Event Settings &gt; Event Support Contact if none are selected here)

Donation Goal 
Whole numbers only. NOTE: To hide donation progress bar, enter a 0 in the goal or leave blank.


The Donation Description section shows under the text in the Donation Title

You can add your Tax ID information to  your Donation Receipt Footer so donors can see this at the bottom of their receipts.

Update the contact footer that shows at the bottom of your text to give receipts.

Select the "Drop Files to Upload" to add an image to your Text to Give page background. 

Go to Software settings &gt; Auction Settings &gt; Bidder Settings to allow your guests to register when entering a text to give donation.

Registration settings, address and CC requirements, etc.

Click this dropdown and choose Yes to enable.

Under Software Settings &gt; Landing Page Content &gt; Page Settings, turn on the "Show Donate" in the Navigation section to enable the text to give feature.

Go to Donations/Text to Give &gt; Manage Donations

Click the Refund button to submit a refund.

Select the "Refund Whole Line Item" if you want to refund the full amount. Or you can refund a different amount by adding that amount in the "To Refund" box.

Delete a text to give by selecting the donation under Donations/Text to Give &gt; Manage Donations.

Scroll down to the Batch Update section and click Delete and type Delete.
