How to Accept and Transfer a Chat Session

        Navigate to [https://flex.twilio.com/agent-desktop/](https://flex.twilio.com/agent-desktop/)
        Click Your Name in the account section of the agent desktop.
        Select "Available" to be able to receive/make calls and texts.
        Tasks will come into the queue as reserved; click the green check mark to accept the task and the status will change to assigned. This task will now remain in your queue until it is completed or transferred.
        Click on the task that you wish to actively work on. Task details will populate at the bottom of the task pane.
        Click "TRANSFER" to move the task from your queue to a different person/group.
        Locate the Agent or Group that you wish to transfer to- **tasks can only be transferred to an Agent if they are in an "available" status
        Click the arrow icon to the right of the driver name to initiate transfer.
        Green confirmation will appear at the top of the screen and the task will no longer be in your queue if the transfer was successful
