Navigate to [https://coaching.soundingboardinc.com](https://coaching.soundingboardinc.com/auth) and log in.

Users with multiple roles in the Sounding Board platform can access various dashboards on their Home screen. If a user only has one roll within the platform, they will not see an option to toggle as outlined here, and it will just say "**My Dashboard**."

At the top of your **Home** page, you'll see which dashboard you are currently looking at, for example, "**My Company** 🔽 **Dashboard**." To toggle between the options you have access to -

- Click 🔽 , **the down carrot icon**

You will notice a list of options relating to your access in the system; you may have more or less options. As an example to toggle to your admin view -

- Click "**Admin**"

**My Dashboard Options**

- **Admin**: Any user who is an Admin in the system will have access to this. For information about how users are added as Admins, see [Adding a New Admin User](https://soundingboardinc.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/22088333301019-Adding-a-New-Admin-User).
- **Company**: Any user with either the **Sponsor** or **Stakeholder** role will have access to this.
- **Coachee**: Any user with the Coachee role will have access to this.
- **Coaching**: Any user with the Coach role will have access to this.
- **Mentoring**: Any user who has the role of **Mentee**, **Mentor**, or any role and is in a company with an open enrollment program.

As a reminder, if the user only has one role, they will simply see "My Dashboard" and will not have a toggling opportunity.
