In the DASHBOARD view, go to the "MY LEAGUE(S)" list and click "View" for the selected league/tournament.

Go to "MANAGE" and select "EDIT LEAGUE" from the drop-down menu.

From the left-side menu, click "WAIVER MANAGEMENT".

Add the name and all the requested details for this waiver.

Click this dropdown and select the scope you want this waiver for.

Choose and upload the file from your computer.
