Select the Campaign from existing campaign dropdown list where you would like to create a Tracking Number .

Select the Route Type ( Single Number / Number pool/ Reserved Number)

Enter the "area code /city"(Mandatory Field).

Select the desired option from the area code dropdown list (Mandatory Field).

Select the Tracking number under available number from dropdown (Mandatory Field).

Enter the Tracking number Name (Mandatory Field).

Select create a new configuration to create new route .

You can add additional setting under Advanced Settings, click next.

You can Conversation action here, then click next .

If you don't have a campaign and you want to create a new campaign and provision the tracking number in the new campaign, then follow the steps below:

Campaign is Created then follow the same step 8 to 21.
