Once you have logged into the MOHR platform, navigate to the Wellbeing Activities module from the side menu, and then click on the "Appointment Tracking" tab

Tip! Before you get started, be sure all the org units you wish to see are selected. Don't forget to click "Apply" to save your changes!

Scroll down to the Onsite Calendar to view all booked appointments. Hover over the symbols to view the booking status:

The drop-down options allow you to Edit the booking details and the employee's personal details or "Resend" their questionnaire email. The "Cancel" option will cancel the booking and remove it fully from the calendar.

Scroll further down to view the Waitlist Table:

You have the option to filter the waitlist by Assessment type:

Additionally, you can also filter by the Schedule:

The Actions drop-down allows you to Remove the employee from the waitlist, edit their personal details, or view all notifications that have been sent to them:

If you are looking for a specific employee, use the search bar in the upper left of the table to search by name:
