Select the Unit the Resident is transferring to.

Adjust Move Out/Move In Dates and ensure Lease Start and Transfer Move-in Date match.

Click Generate Lease and Send Transfer Lease for Resident to Sign.

Once the lease has been signed/counter-signed, you can review move in.

Add number of keys the resident is receiving.

Reviewing Move-in Charges and Click Save.

Correct/Mark Complete any items highlighted as red for the Move-in Checklist.

Search Resident's name and click on the apartment they gave notice to.

Click dropdown and select move-out reason.

Click "Berger Advantage - Transfer Flexibility"

Click "Continue" when confirming forwarding address.

Review red highlighted area for balance that will be transferred to new apartment or green highlighted area for a credit that will be transferred to the new apartment.  Add any charges if applicable.

Once final reviewed, click submit and review new apartment ledger to ensure charges look correct.
