Name the first list. For simplicity, I use "Inbox (Start Here)"

Name and create additional lists (steps) you want.

For this example, I just used Step #1 and Step #2, but yours will be specific. They might be "initial contact made," and "pending approval" etc. 

If it's your first time setting up a Cardbox email, choose "sign-in with Google".

You can set up more customized features later like the name format for cards and subject lines that are added as cards, etc. For now, just use the defaults. 

Adjust sharing privileges as desired. I have them set so all board members can reply, compose and view the inbox. 

Invite any members you want via a link or an email.

Wait for new emails to come and ensure that they appear as you want them too. You can now customize your cards and leverage all available Trello features.
