From the building dashboard, Click "Trial Evacuation"

The trial evacuations table displays all past and future planned trial evacuation events, along with one of four statuses, as shown below.

Each status gives you different options for what can be done with the trial evacuation record. "Created" status means the events has been assigned an event date, but the event hasn't taken place yet. Click "Send to Assessor" to email the submission form to a Fire Evacuation assessor to complete the submission form using the BMIS platform. "Submission Form" allows you to access the submission form directly in the BMIS app, and remove allows you to remove the planned event.

"Awaiting Submission" status means the event has been created and the form has been sent to an assessor to observe and complete the submission form. "View Magic Link" allows you to copy the link send to the assessor in case it needs to be passed on again. "Submission Form" allows you to access the submission form directly in the BMIS app, and remove allows you to remove the planned event.

"Awaiting Review" status, means the trial evacuation event has taken place, and the form has been submitted for review. Here you can now preview the report, and if satisfactory, you can submit the form directly to FENZ via email. If the form need an update, you can go to the submission form to edit it directly.

Once the form has been submitted to FENZ, the status updates to "Submitted to FENZ", and the process is complete. The report is held in BMIS and able to be downloaded for reference.
