Turn off the Cancellation Policy for certain services using Disable Card Capture

    Keep in mind: Even if you disable card capture and there is a deposit tied to that service, the client will still be required to enter credit card information to pay the deposit.
    Navigate to [https://app.aestheticrecord.com](https://app.aestheticrecord.com/appointment/provider/79240/clinic/1/day)
    From the Appointments tab, click on the Wrench Icon.
    Click "Smart Configuration"
    Click "Services"
    Select the service you wish to disable card capture for.
    Scroll down to where it says "Disable card capture for this service?" and toggle it on.
    Save. Now that service is not enrolled in the cancellation policy!
