Understanding Tags

This guide explains how to find, create, and manage default and custom Tags from Settings so you can organize patients and workflows more effectively. It shows where Tags appear (Patient 360, appointments, patient list) and how blocked patients are flagged across the app. Follow it to streamline tagging, quickly identify booking restrictions, and control workflow behavior.

You can find and manage Tags in Settings

Click Tags

Here, you can see the Default tags and any Custom tags you've added.

Click on a tag to manage workflows

Use the + icon to create a new custom tag

Tags assigned to a patient are visible in their Patient 360 and appointments

If a patient is blocked from booking online, an alert is displayed in the patient list, in their Patient 360, and in any appointments.
