BOLs can have 4 possible status. 

Requires BOL means an external contractor made the delivery and the BOL needs to be uploaded. OR an internal driver had an issue with uploading the BOL.

To be Confirmed means the BOL is fresh from the driver or fresh uploaded.

To be Approved means the BOL has passed the first level of approval and requires accounting approval.

A Green icon means the BOL has been approved by all parties.

Pickups that do not have a BOL yet will appear as Requires BOL.

As a dispatcher to confirm the BOL click on To Be Confirmed.

If you don't want to confirm the BOL and just want to save the info - simply click Save.

You can easily modify any of the information from the driver.

Once happy, switch to Confirm and Save to pass the first level of BOL approval.

On the finance side, you are going to want to only look at BOLs with the To be Approved button.

Once happy with the information the driver entered & dispatcher confirmed - you are free to approve and save the BOL!
