Navigate to your project in the Administration Portal. You will automatically be taken to the Results tab.

Click on the "Assessors" tab. 

*Note that this tab is only relevant when you have Virtual Assessment Centre (VAC) activities within a project which require scheduling.*

This is where you can view all participants or search, sort or filter your view by using the different fields.

You can also navigate through multiple pages of assessors using the left and right navigation arrows or view up to 50 per page.

Using the "Add assessor" button, you can add new assessors one at a time. There is also the option to batch upload a group of assessors, but this is useful if you have just one or two to add’

If you add an individual assessor, you must complete the relevant fields on the page. Note that all fields are mandatory. 

The "Locale" field for an assessor is the same as the "Language" field for a participant. It indicates which language is available by default for the assessor from those available.

It is recommended that the username matches the email address.

Clicking "Actions" enables you to import multiple assessors from excel (in the same way as you can for participants) or export a full list of the assessors associated with your project, including their unique access urls. The unique access url is the link which an assessor can use to access their homepage.

To enable the options to add or remove hiring admin privileges, you must first select one or more assessor(s) before clicking on the blue "Actions" button at the top of the page.

Adding hiring admin privileges will give the assessor access to edit this project via this Administration Portal.

*Note: if you add hiring admin privileges for an assessor, you will need to set the assessor username and password and share these details alongside the link to this portal for the assessor to have this access.*

Click on the ellipsis to the right of each assessor to see the options available.

Here you can edit tags associated with your assessor, edit their personal details or delete them.

*Warning: deleting an assessor will also remove all associated scoring and comments so it is **not** recommended that you do this without absolute certainty that they have not assessed any participants.*

As an alternative method of deletion, you can select the assessor(s) and then click "delete" at the bottom of the page.

A final note on the Assessor tab is that you can directly access an assessor's unique access url by clicking here. You may wish to access an assessor url for testing, or to re-share it with the assessor.

Reminder, that this is the link which an assessor can use to directly access their homepage.

Click this text field to copy the url and they you can paste it into a new window or tab.

**Note:** If you access an assessor’s unique access url, this will log you out of your own session. To avoid this, open a new private or incognito window and paste the assessor url into there.
