Navigate to your project in the Administration Portal. You will automatically be taken to the Results tab. 

Click on the ellipsis to the right of the Phase title to see more options

Here you can edit the Phase details, and if you have the permissions, add new activities or delete the phase.

To create a new phase, select one or more activities and click the Phase settings button.

Then click "Create new phase for selected"

Once you have several phases, you can select one or several activities and move them to another phase. 

If you wish to change the order of the activities within the Phase, click the up and down arrows alongside the activities you wish to re-order.

Note that this will impact 'Assessment only' Projects and the Results Dashboard view. If there is a Participant Homepage, then the activities will sit behind the pre-defined hotspots and not be affected.

To the right of each activity, you can edit the details by clicking on the ellipsis.

Click "Edit assessment settings"

You can add an Activity pass score and activity refer score.

This is especially relevant if you set up Automation based on activity scores.

You can choose to hide the activity from the *Results* dashboard.

You can choose to show or hide the overall score on the *Results* dashboard. 

If you hide the overall score you can still see whether participants have started or completed the activity but not their score. We recommend this for personality questionnaires. 

You can make the assessment optional.

For example, a feedback questionnaire is typically not flagged as being mandatory.

Make sure to click 'update' to save any changes. 

Use the 'breadcrumbs' at the top of the page to return to the "Phases" tab of your project.

For an exercise activity, you can click on "Edit exercise settings"

Here you can change the minimum and maximum number of participants within each exercise.

You can also edit the ratio of participants to assessors as well as the exercise duration.

You may wish to provide participant access to an exercise outside of the scheduled start and end times, you can add the number of minutes before or after here. This is often useful to allow additional time in case an assessment centre schedule is running slightly early or late.

Further, if you have different assessor types, for example specific interviewers, HR people or Role Players, then you can specify here, which types are able to assess the exercise. If every assessor can assess it, then this field can remain blank.

You can add an activity pass score and activity refer score. 

This is relevant if you set up automation based on activity scores. 

You have the same toggles as in the Assessment Exercises to hide the activity, hide the overall score and make the activity mandatory or optional. 

This icon shows that this exercise is linked to the participant homepage. There are instances where different activities may sit within a placeholder so it is worth noting what the participant will see.
