Navigate to your project in the Administration Portal. You will automatically be taken to the Results tab.

From here you can see your existing project title and code. You can also add a Display title for your project. 

If the project should no longer be active, this is where you can 'deactivate' it. 

Select the default locale and time zone for your project. The time zone is particularly important if there are any scheduled activities involved.

If you wish to add a project deadline, you must firstly decide which default option to use:

1. On the left, a specific date/time for all participants.
2. On the right, the number of days from when the participant registers on the project (usually the date they are invited).

Then toggle off the 'Soft deadline' in order to ensure participants cannot complete after this time.

If you wish to add or edit any tags or labels associated with the project you can do so here.

This is where you can select any automatic reminders. These are set in the Email templates area and are dependent on the project deadline.

You can select to send recruiter notification emails for when participants have completed a phase, and this is also where you would add the recruiter email addresses.

When deleting participants via this portal, they are automatically archived. If you wish to include these participants in data extracts, ensure this toggle is on. 

Here you can also select whether the video interview questions within assessments in your project can affect the overall score for the activity. The same is true for Free text questions. If yes, then the assessor must score these before an overall result can be determined.

This is where you can enable assessor comments too.

Once you have made any changes, be sure to select Update in order to save them.

To return to your project, click on the project title in the breadcrumbs at the top of you screen.

Understanding the Project Settings of a project
