Navigate to your project in the Administration Portal. You will automatically be taken to the Results tab.

From here you can see the list of reports associated with your project, including the report name, the type of report (i.e. whether it links to a specific activity or the overall project), and if provided, a description of the report.

If it is linked to a specific activity, you can also see which activity it is associated with.

You can toggle whether or not the report is available for your project.

By clicking on the ellipsis, you can select different actions for the report.

This check box determines whether participants should have access to the report, either via email or their homepage.

This check box determines whether participants should automatically be given access to the report on completion, either via email or their homepage.

Click "Save" to confirm your changes, or cancel if you wish to discard them.

Alternatively, if you check multiple boxes to the left, you can select actions for all checked reports.

After selecting your reports, click the main "Actions" button instead of the ellipsis.

Then select "Set participants availability for selected" and you will be taken to the same screen to determine availability and automation of the selected reports.

To return to your project, click on the project title in the breadcrumbs at the top of you screen.
