Note: Your view might look slightly differently, based on your permissions and how your project has been configured. 

Navigate to your project in the Administration Portal. You will automatically be taken to the Results tab.

From here you can view all participant results or search, sort or filter your view by using the different fields.

**Note:** the image used is an illustrative example of the Results tab. Exactly what you see is likely to vary from this depending upon what assessments have been assigned in your project, for example, you might not have the Personality Questionnaire or your project might be an Assessment Centre project which means you will see a series of exercises.

This page is a central resource for all of your participants’ results.

For each activity you can see the participant's status.

For each activity you can see the participant's status or score (if configured to show the latter). In this example, both the Personality Questionnaire and Verbal Reasoning have been completed. 

In this case, within the Phases tab, it has been configured to show the overall score for the Verbal Reasoning assessment but not the Personality Questionnaire, as recommended. You can see that the Personality Questionnaire is complete as it is symbolised with a tick.

The Verbal Reasoning assessment can be seen as in progress: hover over the result to get more information.

An empty circle indicates that the individual has not yet started the activity.

If you have overall phase scores set up you can see a column for the overall phase score. This can be made visible or invisible for each phase.

When clicking on the header you can hide the individual activity scores. 

If you click on a participant's name you can toggle to view their competency scores.

At the top you can see the activity score: either an assessment score or an exercise score. 

Below you can now view the associated competency scores. Remember that the scores shown can be based on different scales configured in the Phases tab.

Through the Actions menu, you can access various extracts and reports as well as complete different actions relating to your participants.

Here you can access different activity and project level extracts to see participant results in a spreadsheet format. For each project, different extracts may be enabled, so the list shown here may look slightly different in your project. Please see relevant course for more information on the different extracts available.

If you have a project with multiple phases and the "manual move" option has been enabled, this is where you can progress participants to the next phase if they have been selected on the main results dashboard.

Using the status column, you can view and edit the overall project status for your participant.

Simply click on the down arrow to view and change the status

Under the Actions, you can see the status of the participant within the phase. This could differ to the overall participant status at the project level, if you have multiple phases in your project. Again, if enabled, this is an alternative place where you can move participants either to the next phase or back to a previous one.

Here you can view any free text responses of the participant, where these have been configured in an assessment or exercise. There will be projects where you do not have any free text responses available.

You can see here if the participant has been scheduled for a Assessment Centre session. 

Here you can view or create any comments from an assessor or administration perspective.

By selecting the ellipsis, you can take further actions for each participant.

You can edit labels (also called tags in other places) which are associated with the particular participant. You can also choose to make reports available via the participant homepage by "unlocking" them if this is where they have been configured to display.

There are also several report downloading options available for each participant.

Selecting "Download all available reports" will enable you to download every available report for the participant. You will simply need to select the language and click "Download".

Alternatively, you may wish to download a selection of reports for the participant, in which case, click on "Download multiple reports".

It is recommended that you select your language first to see which reports are available.

You can now select which reports you wish to include in your download from those available.

Further actions which can be taken from clicking on the ellipsis on a participant row are as follow:

1. You can reset an activity. For example if the participant has technical issues early on or has forgotten to mention any reasonable adjustments. Clicking on Reset activity will enable the participant to complete the activity again frpm the start.
2. You can reset the progress to the phase, i.e. return them to the previous phase.
3. If you have an integration with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), then you can use this button to send the participant results to the ATS.
4. You can copy the unique participant url and log in as the participant. This is useful for testing purposes or to check progress for a particular participant.

Finally, if you wish to access the project to see it as a participant would, you can simply create a ‘self-registration’ link. Do this by clicking on the "Self-registration" button at the top right of the page.

**Please note:** If you click on the button to access the participant view, this will log you out of your own session. To avoid this, open a new private or incognito window and use the right click option on your mouse to copy the url and then paste it into the new window you have opened. From there you can complete the project as a participant would.
