Click on ***profiles*** to enter your profile library.
When you click on the ***eye*** icon next to the profile name, you can preview how your ***core profile*** appears in itineraries. For professional profiles, clicking the eye will open the iBrochure in a new tab.
The status section will show one of these options: active, in review, in progress, or disabled. - ***Active***: Your profile is visible and can be used by others in the trade. - ***In review***: Your profile is being checked by our team, possibly because there’s a duplicate in our system - ***In progress***: You haven’t finished all the steps needed to make your profile public. - ***Disabled***: Your profile has been turned off and is no longer visible to others in the trade. "Disabled" will appear before your name if your profile is used in itineraries, so the trade knows it’s not active.
If you have a core profile, you can click on ***request upgrade*** to switch to a professional profile. A box will appear explaining the benefits of a professional profile and letting you know that someone will contact you about pricing. To continue, click ***request upgrade***.
The ***rating*** shows how complete your profile is. For core profiles, the highest content rating you can achieve is 60%. and for professional profiles, you can reach a content rating of 100%.
The ***tier*** shows whether your profile is a core profile or a professional profile. ***Date modified*** indicates the last time your profile was updated. ***Date created*** shows when your profile was originally set up.
For core profiles, the menu will only include the following options: edit profile, view profile, embed options, and disable profile.
When you click on the three dots in the ***actions*** section, a menu will appear with several options like: edit profile, view profile, copy iBrochure link, Wetushare, embed options, downgrade profile, and disable profile.
