By default, minimums or values entered in the previous step will populate. Userrs can override the retail budget by clicking the "Budget" field.

Clicking "UPDATE ALLOCATIONS" will update the allocations in the table to match the totals. Hover over the button to see the changes before you make them. 

Clicking "UPDATE TOTALS" will update the total section and keep the allocation table as it. Hover over the button to see the changes before you make them

Users can choose to update the total retail budget, or the goal (impressions, views, proposed ad spend)

Click the "Custom Rate" field to override the rate. Only admin users and users with permissions will see this toggle

Users can also update the table directly instead of the totals
