Tip! Some contacts in BMIS are shared across modules, and others are module specific. In the Case of Asbestos, Building contacts and PCBU are shared across modules, however Consultant is specific to Asbestos.

Alert! Email notifications are sent to the 'Building Primary' contact.

Here you will find 6 contact types, where you can enter and/or edit the contact information. Click "Building Primary"

Click "Update Information" to save the information for that particular contact.

Tip! In the next step, to speed up the data entry, we will see how existing contact can be imported from another building in the same group. In the case, we will update the "Building Secondary" with the existing contact from another building.

Click the 'Copy contact details from' checkbox.

This will enable the building selection drop-down. Click this dropdown and select the building you wish to copy the contact from. When selected, the details will appear in the fields.
