From the Fire Evac Building Dashboard, Click "Building Settings"

Tip! A building that requires an evacuation scheme is called a ‘relevant building’. If a building is not a Fire Evac relevant building, a Fire Evacuation scheme may be required.

To mark the building as relevant for Fire Evacuation, click the toggle here.

If a Fire Evacuation Scheme is required, which it is in most cases for a relevant building, click here.

Alert! In some cases, a Fire Evacuation relevant building does not need an evacuation scheme. In this case, it's a good idea to document the reasons by uploading the "Notification that an evacuation scheme is not required" form, as shown here.

Enter details for the Assembly Point, and Evacuation Scheme reference number.

Upload the Evac scheme documents by clicking on the box to upload a document. If an existing document is already loaded in, it can be downloaded by clicking on the green button. Uploading a new document will overwrite the older version.

Upload the "Emergency Evac Scheme Application Form".

Enter the Evacuation Procedures and click 'save'.

Alert! Your newly updated status will now be shown on the Fire Evac Building Dashboard.
