Click on **Store Management** from Navigation Sidebar.

Click "**Ordering Hours**" to view and modify the ordering hours for your store

You can view and edit Regular hours, Special/Holiday hours, and Kitchen prep time in this section.

To update the ordering hours, click on "**Edit**" button

You can set the "**Open**" operating hours or mark the location as "**Closed**" for the entire day.

Click on the "**Clock**" icon to set the hours.

***Note***: *If the store to be open 24/7, we should set the regular store hours on 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM to avoid integration issues.*

Click on "**+**" icon, to add additional hours

Click "**REMOVE**" to remove the hours that are no longer relevant.

**Note**: This is **not** your in-store opening and closing time. This is the time during which you would like to receive online orders. **For example**, if your in-store hours are 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and you would like to receive online orders from 11:00 a.m. until 8:30 p.m., please enter the closing time below as 8:30 p.m. If you want to stop receiving online orders an hour earlier than your in-store closing time, enter the closing time below as 8:00 p.m.

Once all the changes are made, Click on "**SAVE**" to save the changes.

Click "**PUSH**" to push the changes to the ordering platforms.

A confirmation Pop up will appear, click "**PUSH**" to confirm and push the changes to ordering platforms.

Once the changes are pushed to the ordering platforms, a success message will appear, click "**OK**" to close it.

***Note*:** *Clicking the **“Sync with POS”** button triggers three actions: syncing items from your POS, syncing menu prices, and automatically pushing the updates to your integrated ordering platforms. There is **no need to manually “Push to OP”** after using “Sync with POS.”* *During this automatic push, the **manual Push to OP** option will be temporarily disabled to prevent errors from simultaneous updates. The push process may take **5 to 10 minutes** to complete.*
