Update the "Warehouse Processes" spreadsheet

Follow this process to update the "Warehouse Processes" spreadsheet. This spreadsheet allows easy and quick reference of photos and scanned documents for outbound deliveries. If you do not have access to the Warehouse Processes spreadsheet, you can request it from a Warehouse Team Leader (CF/RL) or the Authentication and QA Lead (MM).

Navigate to [Warehouse Processes.xlsx](https://finerarewines.sharepoint.com/:x:/r/Warehouse%20Process/Warehouse%20Processes.xlsx?d=w3b4a5cbf5f2e42dfad415c09b3908f5c&csf=1&web=1&e=gnDKg1)

In another tab, navigate to <https://fineandrarewine.seidorcloud.net:444/software/html5.html>

Select 'Modules'.

Select "Sales - A/R"[[→]]"A/R Reserve Invoice".

Click "Find" (Binocular symbol) in the window which opens.

Set "Order Type" to "DN - Customer Delivery Request".

Click "Find".

Right-click anywhere inside the window which opens.

Select "Copy Table".

Switch to tab "Warehouse Processes.xlsx"

Click "GO Data to Paste"

Clear all existing data in this tab.

Paste data copied in step 9 (List of A/R Invoices) into this tab

Click here.

Switch back to the SAP/PMX tab.

Close the 'List of A/R Invoices' window.

Set "Order Type" to "T - Transfer To Warehouse".

Click "Find".

Right-click anywhere inside the window which opens.

Select "Copy Table".

Switch to tab "Warehouse Processes.xlsx"

Select the first empty row at the bottom of the "GO Data to Paste" tab after the data you pasted earlier.

Right-click the row number of the header information you just pasted.

Click "Delete Row XXXX".

Go to the top row of the "GO Data to Paste" sheet and right click on the row number (1).

Click "Delete Row 1".

Select all of columns A to K.

Right-click and then click "Copy".

Switch to the "Goods Out" tab.

Alert! It is very important that you select the correct column in the next step.

Go to the bottom of this sheet and select the first empty cell at the bottom of the existing table in the AR column (Column F) and then right-click.

Click "Paste".

Alert! All of the data you have just pasted should appear as part of the existing table and display the correct table formatting.

Click "Data"

Click "Remove Duplicates".

Untick the "Select all columns" checkbox.

Scroll down and tick the "AR" checkbox.

Click "OK" and then click "OK" on the warning that appears.

Alert! This warning should show details of the number of duplicate entries you have removed. This number will always be high as we are removing all historical duplicates we have just pasted and only adding any new ARs created since the last time this sheet was updated.

Select both the last "Scanned Documents" and "Photos" cells which appears towards the bottom of the table.

Double-click the small square at the bottom right corner of the selection box to auto fill down the links to the scanned documents and photos of the outbound orders.
