Click Prioritize for the Maintenance Section.

Click and drag to change order of call tree.

To add a new team member to your call tree, click here.

Type the first name of the person and select the name that pops up. It will automatically fill in their contact information for their user in Entrata.

Change the daily availability to During & After Office Hours.

You can now prioritize them in the order as listed in steps 1-5.

If a team member is on vacation you will click the pencil next to their name and change them to unavailable each day they are away. It will remove them as an option to call. Upon return edit them back to During & After Office Hours daily.
