Log into "Campus Connection"

Click the "Profile" tile

Under "Personal" tab, you will be able to update: - Preferred Name - Phone Number - Address - Emergency Contact Information - Emergency Notification Preferences **To update the primary name, use "Legal Name Change Request" form.** <https://dickinsonstate.edu/academics/academic-records/forms/index.html>

Click on each item on the left side, and then click the arrow sign to update your information. To update the preferred name, click on the arrow and

Ensure that your "Emergency Contacts" are up to date.

To change your address, click on "Addresses"

Click "Emergency Notification" to choose your preferred method of receiving alerts during emergencies, such as severe weather or event cancellations. Select Dickinson State University as your institution.

Under the "Biographic" tab, you will find: - Gender Identity - Pronouns - Sexual Orientation To update, click on each item and then the arrow sign.
