Tip- The root email address is the primary email you used to register in our system for the first time. This email address is used for the first time. This email address is used for business-related communication. If you want to change this email address to a different one , please follow the steps below :
Log into the Admin Portal
Click on "Your Profile" at the top right side of the screen

Click on "Business Profile" option then

Once in the "Business Profile" section, click on the " Primary Email" field to change the email address
