Navigate to [https://app.tallbob.com/contacts](https://app.tallbob.com/contacts)

Click on 'Upload Contacts' Icon and click on the "Drop file here or click to upload"

Please ensure that the Custom Field is created before the update process. To create a Custom Contact Field click [https://app.tallbob.com/contacts/customfields](https://app.tallbob.com/contacts/customfields)

Once the Contacts file has been uploaded, select the 'Update Existing Contacts' toggle.

Please ensure that the data to be updated to existing contacts are mapped to the correct field name  

Click on 'Select Data to Match' dropdown and select an unique field for the platform to filter the contacts.

Click on 'Select Data to Update' dropdown and select a field that you would like to update for the matched contacts
