Updating Line Item Statuses & Flags

Within Ui.Marketing, there are various locations where you can update the status and flag for a line item. We will walk you through each location in this guide.

Line Items Table

Navigate to the [Line Items table](https://ui.marketing/campaign-hub/orders/line-items) and find the line that you manage and would like to modify.

To add a flag to your line item, click on the flag icon.

Select the flag you wish to add.

Notice that the flag icon has turned red. That means your flag was successfully added. To remove a flag, simply follow the same process and uncheck the flag you want to remove. To change the status of this line item, click on the status.

Select your desired status.

Within an Order

Alternatively, you can also update the status and flags through the Order view.

Select the flag you want to add or remove.

Select and modify the status directly by selecting the dropdown.

Within a Line Item

Navigate to the line item you are managing. Click on the flag icon in the upper left-hand corner of the line item header. Select the flag(s) you want to add or remove.

To change the status, click on the current status in the line item header.

Then select the status you want to update it to.
