In your [Direct Ordering Admin Panel](https://mm.opentender.io/) > Click "**Settings**"

In the **Users** section > Click "**User Permissions**"

Assign a **Role** to each **function** in the **User Permissions** list.\ \ **Note:** The hierarchy of roles from highest to lowest is:\ \ 1. Admin\ 2. Catering Manager\ 3. Manager\ 4. Cashier\ 5. Employee\ \ Assigning a role to a function makes the function available to *that* role plus *all roles above it* in the hierarchy.\ \ **For example:** If you assign the **Manager** role to the **Cancel Orders** function, all Users assigned roles of ***Manager and above*** (so **Manager**, **Catering Manager**, & **Admin**) will have access to Cancel Orders in Direct Ordering.

Click "**Update Permissions**" to save your changes.
