Updating the Remittance Address

The remittance address is used on your customer statements, and this allows you to have a different address on your statement for receiving payments compared to your shop address.

### **Step 1: Access the Hana Dashboard** Navigate to [**Hana POS**](https://hanafloralpos3.com/Dashboard/Hana) and log in.

### **Step 2: Open Configuration Settings** Click the **Configuration Icon** from the left menu.

### **Step 3: Go to Settings** Click **"Settings"** to access system configurations.

### **Step 4: Navigate to Shop Profile** Go to **"Shop Profile"** under **Shop Configuration**.

### **Step 5: Update the Remittance Address** Enter the **Remittance Address** in the designated field.

### **Step 6: Save Changes** Click the **Save** button to apply the update.
