Uploading Certificates (Mobile App)

Launch the Talonview Mobile app

Select your company's tenant

Click [[Profile]]

Select [[Certificates]]

Tap [[+]] to add

Tap the image placeholder.

Take individual photos of the front and back of the card with your phone

Merge the two photos into a collage in your phone photo app and save the image. **For Android:** 1. Open the [Google Photos](https://support.google.com/photos/thread/353078344/i-want-to-merge-two-photos-into-one-and-make-them-like-a-split-screen-sort-of?hl=en) app. 2. **Select** the two photos you want to merge by long-pressing the first one and tapping the second. 3. Tap **[[+ Add]]** to (or the + icon) at the bottom. 4. Select **[[Collage]]**. 5. Choose a layout. You can adjust, resize, and drag the photos to change their positions. 6. Tap **[[Save]]** to create the new, merged image.

**For iPhone:** 1. ***Part 1:* Create a Shortcut for merging photos and use it to combine images (one time)\*** 1. **Open Shortcuts**: Launch the pre-installed [Shortcuts app on your iPhone](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l832nnEC0as) 2. **Create New Shortcut**: Tap the + icon in the top right, then Add Action. 3. **Add Select Photos**: Search for and select the Select Photos action. In its settings, ensure Select Multiple is toggled on. 4. **Add Combine Images**: Tap + again, search for Combine Images, and add it. Choose Horizontal, Vertical, or Grid in the action's settings. 5. **Add Save to Photos**: Tap + and add the Save to Photo Album action. 6. ***Name & Add to Home Screen (Optional)****: Tap the down arrow next to the shortcut name, select Add to Home Screen, and give it a name like "Merge Photos"* 2. **Part 2: Run the Shortcut**: Tap your new shortcut (or the one from the gallery), select your photos, and it will save the merged image to your **Photos** app. Repeat this step for certificates with both front and back images.

Upload photo

As you add certificates to your profile, you can return to this page to view, search, update, and add more.

Select the image of the certificate you wish to upload

Select the [[Type]] dropdown

Find and select the applicable Certificate type

Once Type is added, tap on [[Start Date]]

Enter the Start Date as displayed on your Certificate

Repeat these steps for End Date (as needed) → Tap [[Save]]
