Uploading PSPI Portrait Files

Learn how to upload your photographer's PSPI/PSPA file to eDesign's portrait library so that you don't have to manually place portraits and type names.

Library Navigation

Head to the Portrait Library by clicking the second navigation icon.

Portrait Upload Process

Click Upload Images and select the ZIP file to upload from your device.

You can watch the upload progress, or you can click Back to Library to keep working on other things. Don't log out of eDesign, though. When your upload finishes, run your Missing Portraits Report or click "Back to Library" to see all your portraits.

Reviewing Errors

If there is an issue with your file, eDesign will inform you. Click on the notification to review.

Review the issue(s). Click the link to download your error report.

After you understand the issue, decide: Do you want to keep the upload, or is it "wrong enough" that you want to cancel and talk to your photographer about the problem? Choose to Cancel and Delete or Keep Upload as is.
