Note: Before you begin, please have your COPP Email address and Password readily available.

Log In to [COPP Portal](https://copplink.sharepoint.com): Press the Control (Ctrl) button on your keyboard and left click on the mouse to access the hyperlink.

Click on the 'Ellipses' located on the top left-hand corner.

Click on 'Add New' located in the top left-hand corner.

Once you have clicked on 'Add New' click on 'File Upload'.

Select the file you would like to upload and click on 'Open'.

Cross check to see if the file has been sucessfully saved on your 'OneDrive'.

Click on the 'Share' icon located in between the three ellipse and star icons.

Type in the name of the 'Supervisor' in the search bar and select the supervisor's profile. Click on the dropdown and select the option 'Can't Download'.

Click on the 'Settings' icon next to 'Copy link'

Click on 'Only People with existing access' and click on 'Apply'.

Once you have enabled all the essential security settings click on 'Send'.

The recipient will receive an email with the option to view the shared file and can view the file by clicking on 'Open'.
