Fill in their first name, last name, and their email address

Select which permissions you want to give to the user and select **Add platform user** at the bottom of the screen.

You'll see the status has changed to **Invitation Sent**. So, the user has now received an invitation to create an account and gain access to your permissions.

Your invitee will receive an email from Spark with the invitation saying you've invited them to their platform.

If they are not already part of the Spark platform, they'll create a password here and then select **I agree**.

They'll then receive a confirmation that their account is currently under review.

Your account is currently under review and will be activated shortly. Please check your email for further updates.

The user you've invited has a new status: **Invitation Accepted**.

Click "**Confirm**" and give them access to your platform.

The user will then receive an email saying their access has been activated. They can now log into the platform and view your permissions.

Once logged in, they are immediately able to use your Spark platform based on the permissions you've given them.
