How to get to the Users Tab and what you can do with it

On the right side you have the ability to remove a user, re send an email to a user, copy an existing user or create a new user.

Click "Select A User To Continue" to bring up current user accounts

You can click the "Organization Admin - This overrides all permissions checkboxes below – this user will have full access to the organization and all events." 

You also have the ability to deselect any box to give them less permissions

Another option is to select permissions for each event
