Using Form Favorites in Colleague

Your Form Search History will be cleared when Colleague moves to the cloud. **If you rely on Form Search History to find forms, you should save those forms as favorites before July 21st at 4pm.**

Go to the form you want to favorite and bring up any sample record to get past the search bar. Click on the star

Optional: You can organize your favorites into folders.

Give your folder a name and click "Create"

Click "OK"

Click "Add"

Click "OK"

To access your favorites, click on the star

Double click on the form to go to it.
