Moving on to the ***Intellectual assets*** tab, the following questions focus on non-registrable rights and steps you've taken to protect them.

Once again, selecting 'Yes' in response to some questions may reveal additional questions.

If selecting 'Yes' in response to question 9, selections made in Goldseam are used to determine which assets have been subject to litigation. 

The help text found by clicking on the ? icon can provide guidance, if needed.

Enforcement and defence (we have taken action against other parties, and had to defend our own IP rights)

When providing details of IP insurance coverage, if applicable, free format the name of your provider.

The ***Governance*** tab is a series of Yes/No questions intended to establish that formalised administrative issues impacting your IP.

And the final, ***Market*** tab requires the provision of free-formatted information about your activity sector and digital activity.

Once each field has been completed, the Confirm button will be highlighted blue.

Clicking the 'OK' button will return you to your dashboard.
