Sign in using the username and password used to log into the computer

Select the **Database** option from the top menu

Select **TRINE_ELITE.DBL** file and then select **OK** from the right.

To access any card, select the **Quick Find** option

You can search by **ID Number**, **First Name**, or **Last Name** and then select **OK**

For new students, you may need to set a status if it is blank. If so, select **Edit.** If the status is already "ACTIVE" then skip to step 12

To take a new photo, select **Photo** from the menu buttons

Once the user is in view, select **Capture**. You will need to confirm the image and possibly crop, resize, or shift the image.

When ready, select **Print** to print the card. It will take about 20 seconds to fully print and eject the card.

When all finished, you can lock the computer or close the IDMS app using the Close button. You will need to manually close the app itself after closing the card system.

If you do not need to take a photo and have a file instead, you will need to have the file entered into the P drive through the file explorer. Please name the image file as the student's ID number.\
Select **Utilities** from the top menu

Select **File** from the bottom of the list

Reopen the database and follow the previous instructions on finding the user card via the **Quick Find** option

When you select Photo, instead of the camera activating the file explorer will appear. you can enter the ID number in the **File Name** area or scroll to the ID number image file. After highlighting the file, select the **OK** button.
