Within Automations, Click "Create Workflow"

Select a "Recipe".  For this example, we'll use the "Appointment Confirmation + Reminder" Recipe.

You'll see that a complete Workflow has already been created.  We'll start by inspecting the "Workflow Trigger".

You can edit the filters for "Event Type" and "Appointment Status" here.  Click "Save Trigger" to continue to editing the Actions.

The first action provided in this Recipe is to send your Appointment a confirmation email.  Click "Confirmation Email" to edit this Action.

Edit the "From Name", "From Email", "Email Subject" and either Choose an Email Template you have already created, or create a custom email message in the "Message" field.  Remember you can use Custom Values to personalize this email!  Click "Save Action" when you're finished editing.

You'll see that a Wait time of "24 Hours Before The Appointment" has been included.  Click here to see the details.

You can adjust the wait time and specify other details here.

Once again, edit the email to your liking and Click "Save Action"

Continue adjusting your Wait Times and Emails as desired.

You can add or replace any Actions until the Workflow is to your satisfaction.

Don't forget to Publish and Click "Save" to finalize your edits and make your Workflow active and ready to be Triggered when an Appointment is created and confirmed!
