Using Quote templates
This guide explains how to create a new quote using pre-made templates for faster setup.

Navigate to the patient's Patient360 and click "Financials"

Click the + button to create a new quote

The patient details are filled in automatically. Double-check and complete any missing information

Then, set the proposed service date.

Next, click "Template"

**Choose the template you want to use** from the list. You can also **search** by template name or filter by Treatment Provider. Click the **+** icon next to the desired template to apply it. **Note:** Applying a template will replace any information you’ve already added to the quote.

After applying a template, you can make adjustments, such as - Add or remove services or items - Apply a discount - Modify payment terms (for example, due date or instalment amount)

When all details are correct, click **Create Quote**

Confirm that everything looks correct and then click "Create"

Your quote has been successfully created. It is now ready to be reviewed or shared with the patient.
