Click the "edit" icon on your chosen audit

To add **Generic Rating Options**, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Update Rating Options"

You will then be presented with a number of text blocks, that will ask you to assign a colour and a default explanation of each level of your rating scale

Once all options have been completed, click "Save Rating Options" to confirm your changes.

If you don't wish to add specific rating explanations to each question, you have completed the process. If you wish to add specifics, continue through the guide

Click the "edit" icon next to your quesiton.

You will then be presented with text blocks to populate with specific advice as to what the criteria is for each level of your rating scale

Once complete, click "save question" to confirm your changes
