To access reports open Once Track and ensure you are in the Orders View. If you have not got Once Track installed please check out our guide [Getting Started with Once Track](https://onceconnected.co.uk/getting-started-with-once-track/)

Click on the three lines in the top right hand corner.

Choose template from here. You can try each one to see which best suites your needs or go to the end of the guide to learn how to create/modify your own template.

Or Manual select a date range using the from and to fields

Ensure you choose which date field this date range applies to.  There are many date entries in your once system such as quoted date, confirmed date, paid date and the reporting feature will need to know which one you are want to filter on.

Alert! You must make sure all fields in this "Reports" window are correct otherwise the report will not run.  For example you can not leave the "Applies to" blank you must choose an option.

Choose which job type you would like to filter on.

Select which columns you would like to filter on, if you do not want to filter on any column then you must select all.

Alert! If you do not select any columns then you are asking the report to show you data from no columns which means the report will either be blank or not run at all.

Tip! If the report does not open it or the timer just spins with no result then it means the criteria you have selected is either not possible or that there are no jobs in that criteria.  For example if you selected to filter based on paid date but then in the job type you selected quotes the report will not run as this criteria conflicts with each other.  (i.e. for a job to be a quote then it can not have a payment date)

If you click here it will open in excel provided you have that installed.

From excel you can use regular excel functionality to analyse your data.

If you would like to create or edit your report templates click "Edit report templates..."

Once you've updated the report template, click save.

Choose the updated template from the template drop down and use regular filters to run that report.
