Using Vistasuite Light is Easy

Select the contact(s) you would like to share photos & videos with. Add more contacts to your list as needed. After you add people, we'll save them in your own contact list.

After selecting contacts, click "Add & Save" to continue to the next step.

Optional. \ To organize your images, you can add tags to the image files you are uploading. Tags will be applied to all uploaded image files in the session.

We hate spam. So please let us know you have permission to send email to your contacts.

Click "Continue" to select your images.

You can select existing images from your device, library, or other connected source. If the files already exist, select Search Files. Select New Photo or Record Video If you would like to capture a new photo or video.

After you select your images and continue, files will immediately start uploading to the cloud. We will automatically create an account for every new contact. If an email address or phone number already exists, we will upload the files to their existing account.

After files are uploaded to the cloud, we will notify every account that new images have been shared with them. Depending on the account type (phone number or email address) we will either text or email the account owner informing them images have been shared. The text and email will have a link they click to access their cloud image library including the images you just shared with them.

After each file is uploaded, we will display a thumbnail of the image. You must leave the window open until all images have been successfully uploaded.

If you would like to upload additional files, simply click the + button to "Add or drag and drop files from your device". Images will be shared with all of the same people previously selected.

If you would like to view all of your Vistasuite Light images, simply click "View My Images" and we will email or text you a link to access all of your images.
