Click "Settings" and then "Customization."

Click "Customization" and then "Webhook."

Enter the details as shown below and click Save.

To update existing Webhook, you can click on it as shown below.

Click on "Tracking Numbers" to apply "Conversation Actions" to a specific number.

Click "Conversation Action +" to create new.

Enter the conditions for which you want to send call actions, select "Trigger the Webhook" Option and choose the Webhook that you just created.
