The Section Layouts feature the new Parallax.

Select an image under 8MB and at least 2000 x 2000.

I will crop the image so you see these specific colors on the screen.

Light Gray
White
Pale Teal
Pale Blue
Pale Yellow

Choose a background color and opacity, featuring the new use of the expanded Rutgers pallette, "Pale Teal".

Background color is required. Leave this "- None -" for 75% as default.

Click the "Full Width" field so content goes to the edges of the screen.

Now the image will scroll. This is the top of the page.

And the image will continue scrolling inside its dimensions as you scroll down the page as well.
